Our mission is to serve God’s will by empowering people in need with vital health and financial information, guidance, support, and resources to help them and their families meet the challenges of today.
We are a lot like you.
We are faithful, devoted Christians in the community who believe in the power of the church to reach people in a meaningful way. But we are also experienced health care professionals, who believe in the power of medicine to improve and extend lives.
Informed by our faith and our health care experience, we have created Church Alive, a non-profit organization dedicated to making a healthy difference for everyone. As our organization grows, we are changing and evolving to better serve the needs of the communities where we operate.
As our organization grows, we are changing and evolving to better serve the needs of the communities where our volunteers operate.
To do this, we work closely with churches and pastors to understand the challenges they face in their communities, and try to find ways to provide creative and cost effective solutions.
We are a faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is funded through private donations. We operate primarily through churches and religious organizations to provide health information and resources to individuals and families
Although our operations have been regional, Church Alive is actually growing as a national organization through grassroots efforts. To date, we have been most active in Tennessee, Texas, North Carolina, and South Florida (through our sister organization, Viva Iglesia) with plans of expanding throughout all 50 States.
The best way to get involved with our organization is by attending one of our events. We regularly conduct health fairs and seminars with local churches, and also attend faith-based conferences and expos. For a list of upcoming events, click the button below. If you are interested in participating, we ask that you contact us directly or through the form on this website.
Some are. We strive to provide beneficial services at no cost whenever possible, and to partner with companies that offer services that are generally covered by insurance or Medicare.
